Thigo Andrade was killed Saturday at 12:30 pm. Andrade was only 17 and a student at Rockville High School. It seems the police believe the driver Garmendez was speeding when the car he was in went over a sidewalk and down a grassy hill. It always seems that the passenger is killed while the driver is only hurt.
The family of Andrade wants to know what happened how it happened and why.
