Injuries life-threatening for boy struck by car

A 13-year-old boy has been flown to the hospital with life-threatening head injuries after he was struck by a car in Germantown Friday morning.Montgomery County Fire spokesman Capt. Oscar Garcia says the boy was breathing but was unconscious.
Montgomery County Police spokesman Lt. Paul Starks says the accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. near Mateny Road and Great Seneca Highway.
The boy may have been crossing the street to get to a bus stop, Starks says.
The driver stayed on the scene.

Motor SCOOTER ACCIDENT

achild 8 years old using a motor scooter died in Howard county. the accident happened on deep run Parkkway in the Elkridge area.
Byclycle riding is dangerous as a bike rider has little or no protection when struck by a car but a motor scooter is considered even more dangerous as it can go faster with less effort.
the accident is still under investigation by the police.

4 year old girl hit crosssing street in Alexandria Virginia

altho her mother was with her a 4 year old girl was hit by a car. what makes this situation almost incomprehensible is that the girl was in the crosswalk. When a person is in the crosswalk motorists have a very high duty to be aware and be careful. the girl was taken to inova hospitl in fairfax
